Good judgment includes not putting barriers between people and information. This page describes the standard we build to, what we have done so far, and how to tell us when we fall short.

Our standard
We build this site to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That is the standard we test against and the standard we hold new work to before it ships.
What that looks like in practice
Pages are structured with semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate them. Interactive elements - navigation, forms, the diagnostic - are fully operable by keyboard, with visible focus states throughout.
Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. The diagnostic's score dial and radar chart are rendered as accessible SVG with text equivalents, so results are not locked inside a picture.
Motion respects your preferences - if your system is set to reduce motion, the site honors it. Text can be resized to 200 percent without loss of content or function.
Known limitations
Some archival PDF resources may predate our current standard and may not be fully accessible. If you need one of them in an accessible format, contact us and we will provide it.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is not a one-time audit. We review new pages and features against WCAG 2.1 AA before release, and we periodically re-test existing pages as the site evolves.
