Stephen Lowisz’s career in the recruiting industry began more than 17 years ago. After studying to be an architect, Steve quickly realized that he liked working with people more
than blueprints. Upon graduation from college, he held a sales position where he was also responsible for hiring quality talent for his growing sales staff. He used a recruitment
research firm to provide him potential candidates and it inspired an interest to get into the industry. So instead of building skyscrapers, Steve builds Human Resource partnerships
with leading organizations all over the world.
Founded in 1999, Qualigence, (the word comes from a combination of “quality” and
“intelligence,”) was the result of years of hard work, a dream, and a heavy risk. Steve’s entrepreneurial spirit has led him to break barriers within the industry and become known
as an expert…not just in recruiting but entrepreneurial vision. Steve’s wealth of recruiting knowledge and experience has gained him “expert” status among Qualigence clients and throughout the industry. He openly shares his insight, observations, and recommendations through various speaking engagements.
