Research Consultant
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Location: Livonia Office
Job Summary:
The Research Consultant will use advanced methodologies to identify potential candidates to fill our clients’ positions. The Research Consultant will have strong telephone and interpersonal skills and will be driven by the challenge and success of obtaining the information our clients require. Your project results will have a high level of accuracy to maintain the Qualigence reputation of accurate research results. The Research Consultant will prioritize client assignments based on deadlines, client urgency, and direction from your Research Manager.
Detailed Responsibilities:
• Work simultaneously on a variety of assigned projects/clients.
• Prioritize client assignments based on deadlines, client urgency, and
direction from Research Manager.
• Efficiently document time spent on each project so that clients can be
invoiced accurately.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy to maintain the Qualigence reputation of
accurate research results.
• The Research Consultant will report to and work closely with their
assigned Research Manager maintaining continuous communication
regarding the status of projects.
• Occasionally meets with Client Relationship Managers and Business
Development Officers concerning projects.
• Accepts assigned projects from designated Research Manager with a
commitment for delivering results.
• Provide the Operations staff with the information needed to prepare
documents accurately for the client and/or the Recruiting staff.
• Share best practice techniques with other researchers in order to
enhance the effectiveness of others.
• Be an effective team player in an atmosphere where the over
objective is to meet our clients’ recruiting deadlines.

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
