We are not influenced by the size of a candidate’s compensation package, only by the qualifications and value the candidate can bring to our client’s organization.
For assignments including both research and candidate development, you are Guaranteed to obtain a hire at the Lowest Cost by paying the lesser of the following two costs:
- The established cap for your project – much lower than traditional
commission rates
- The total cost of the hours spent on your project
- Own the research results from your project
- Own all candidates presented
- Have the ability to hire as many of the developed and presented candidates at no additional cost.
