Qualigence was founded in 1999 to be a recruitment research and recruiting organization that stands out from the others. This mission remains true today. Qualigence is more than just Quality Research and Quality Recruiting. It is a company that not only fosters business partnerships with every client and recommends only the best talent for the job, but it is also an organization committed to providing Quality Intelligence and Quality Education so that our clients can benefit from new knowledge and skills that will contribute to their success of any recruiting challenge.
Stephen A. Lowisz, a true entrepreneur, started the company with 3 employees in his basement. He was determined to create a successful organization where, unlike other recruiting organizations, the best interests of the client are always the priority. This is proven by the hourly fee structure charged to clients for their research and recruiting results…no commissions that are based on a percentage of the candidate’s compensation.
The result of these efforts is that Qualigence has grown to become the largest recruitment research firm in the U.S. It was selected by the Michigan 50 Awards Program as one of the “50 Companies to Watch in 2006” for its aggressive growth, entrepreneurial vision, and competitive advantage. Qualigence continues to grow and prosper regardless of the effects of internal or external factors.
