Now that you have reached this page, you have most likely already done your homework by reviewing the other pages to clearly understand how Qualigence can be a substantial contributor to your recruiting initiatives. So you are ready to get Qualigence started on your project, but you don’t know where to begin. The following information should answer your questions and explain the process that will take your open position to a hire.


Call Qualigence directly and request to speak to one of our Business Development Officers where you will discuss your hiring needs and the position you would like Qualigence to assist you with.


Sign a Qualigence Hourly Service Authorization form which allows us to provide recruitment research and recruiting services to you for an hourly fee.


An Account Manager (AM) will be assigned to your account and is responsible for managing your project from start to finish. Your AM will be your daily point of contact for any information relating to your project.

In order to begin the research process, your AM will need to obtain some detailed information from you. Your AM will contact you to create a Position Profile and obtain candidate criteria that includes:

• Determining target companies to be researched
• Position levels needed
• Geographic Territories
• Clarity and confirmation of the position assignment
• Determining recruiting parameters, if recruiting services are requested
• Establish a deadline and preferable communication methods for status of
  research and/or recruiting results


Qualigence research begins the research process by identifying all professionals from the target companies that meet the criteria of the position. Based on your preference, research data will be forwarded to you in excel spreadsheet format or organizational chart format. You can receive it by target company as it is completed or after all targets have been completed…it’s your choice.


When Qualigence is utilized to recruit for your positions, the research results are forwarded to the recruiting team at the same time you receive them. Qualigence recruiters begin contacting the professionals identified to begin the investigative and development process of the potential candidate(s). We can be as involved in the recruiting process as you need. We can facilitate the initial steps of recruiting by simply generating interest and then transitioning the candidate to you, or facilitate the entire recruiting process including scheduling interviews with your team and negotiating salary/compensation packages. Regardless of your preference, you continuously receive status and progress updates on recruiting process.

Qualigence invoices weekly for the hours spent on your project, so there are no surprises. Once your project is complete, you will receive a Client Satisfaction Survey via e-mail. Once completed, you will receive $100 OFF the first invoice of your next project.
